D. Pharmacy New Syllabus 2022 Latest Update as per NEW Syllabus introduced by Pharmacy Council of India

Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi passed a new Education Regulations 2020 on 9th October 2020

Education Regulation 2020 deals with introducing new educational framework for D. Pharmacy course throughout India

Education Regulation (ER) 2020 has been implemented throughout India from the Academic session of 2021-22

Education Regulations 2020 has replaced the previous Education Regulation 1991. It took 30 years to change ER.

Significant changes have been made concerning to current need of skill and manpower to improve quality of services.

There are no changes related to course admission eligibility and duration, however, the content is updated.

In new syllabus, all subjects have practical content (Except 'Pharmacy Law & Ethics' subject in Second Year)

In addition, every subject has assignments and few have field visits as a part of the curriculum passing criteria
